Wendy was amazing to work with. As a first-time buyer I had no shortage of questions and she never hesitated to hop on calls and discuss anything about the phase we were at.

She made searching easy, and was very involved in the process once we found a prospect.

There were numerous variables to take into account with the house we found. We did thorough inspections which I really appreciated (not to mention it’s difficult to even get that in the current market) and Wendy was at the forefront of all negotiations in terms of repairs and credits. At the same time she was very mindful of my thoughts on where negotiations were headed, and took my wishes into account with everything she proposed. It was a game-changer having her expertise during this stage as there were plenty of things as a FTHB that I just wouldn’t have known.

Ultimately we closed at a very reasonable price on an awesome house with a nice credit for repairs (which again, was more than I could’ve expected in this market).
